An orlando bloom official site includes the official websites of his movies.  

As far as "his own" official site, none exists as of the date shown above.

This is partly due to the fact that he is not a "computer-email-kind-of-person."

He has admitted to this and has so far relied on his mother to update him on what's going on online.  

However, in the future, he may find out that computers can be useful and may start "his own" site.  Like his fellow actors, it may contain information on his own personal interests rather than his acting career.
