As
we prepare for the premiere of Aragorn Lord of the Rings, we also await
not only the character, but also the actor, Viggo Mortensen.
This means we will see him
as he promotes Return of the King and because he is still somewhat
unknown to us, this will help our curiosity.
Now that the reshoots are
over and the movie has premiered in New Zealand, he has cut his hair short
after keeping it at "Aragorn" length for so long. Peter
Jackson jokes that he just finished cutting the movie a few days ago
before the premiere. Basically, he has run out of time and
"had" to make a final decision on which scenes to keep and which
to edit out. We all know about deadlines, and sometimes we areforced to hurry up and mail out a report, no matter what condition.
Thus, Return of the King will be in "Jackson condition"
when we go see it and for sure it will be time well spent.
