Viggo Mortensen in GI Jane

I watched this movie a few years ago as a new Viggo fan who is catching up on his previous movies.  

This movie is a treat because Viggo plays a big role, unlike some of his earlier movies when he appears only a few times and very briefly.  There are many strong Viggo Mortensen scenes.  For some reason, this scene stays in my memory:  When Demi Moore's character returns to complete training and he and she have a brief "welcome back" chat and Viggo is eating spoonfuls of something like soup from a bowl.  I like this scene.
