 Why have I spent
“my precious” time writing an ebook on viggo
mortenson? If you’re
like me, wouldn’t watching Aragorn be enough motivation? It was enough to get me to Blockbuster to rent Fellowship
after seeing Two Towers. There
was nothing else on my mind but to see the first movie so I could see
more of Mortensen. Yes,
it’s true, I didn’t see the first movie.
The main thing was
that I had never seen him before. Yes, like you, I’ve seen Witness, but didn’t
consciously know he was in it. I wondered where he was from, what his name was, how old he
was, or how he got the part for the movie.
Because I’d never seen him before, he must have been from
another country. At least,
this was what I had initially thought.
Well, I’d seen him
as Aragorn, I’d read about him online, and after discovering more
about him, I have become a fan. All
I’ve found out about him makes me find that not only do I like his
acting, I also like him as a person.
He is a poet, painter, photographer, has CDs of music and poetry
readings, is a father, family man, likes nature, has definite views, and
is clear on what he believes. That’s only touching the surface.
There’s something
to be said about men with “many levels,” and that is why I have
written an ebook about him. There will not be enough
words to completely pin down the kind of man Mortensen is.
He says he likes to be in a changing environment.
That pretty much explains it.
However, we can catch him in a moment in time when we can
read an ebook to get to know him and make the following conclusion in a
few words: unbelievable.
