Websites advertise listings of colleges that are top screenwriting schools.  Because of these lists that "compete" with each other's listings, it helps to research these schools' screenwriting programs before enrolling.

In addition to traditional college settings, there are also courses offered online.  These vary--some are workshops, courses affiliated with a university, and some advertise what their class will teach such as the all-important, necessary step of revision.
